YOGA Retreat at the Nature Hotel Reguengo-West Algarve from 21.-28 June 2025

The retreat week consists of five days with two yoga sessions per day, one in the morning, one in the late afternoon and evening Meditations on two days.

The Reguengo Nature Hotel (www.reguengo.com) is a place of friendliness, tranquility and relaxation, situated in an idyllic and remote location in the backland of the West Algarve between Aljezur and Odeceixe. The spectacularly beautiful beaches on the Atlantic Ocean are approx. 15 km away.

Yoga & Meditation Workshop at The Secret Garden in October

I am very happy to be see you again in the next YOGA and meditation workshop at the beautiful Secret Garden Studio in Icking close to Munich. Many of you could not come to the last workshop in spring, so I am offering 2 days now, hopefully everybody has the opportunity to join :-)
